As a nutritional consultant and holistic health coach, Sheryl is dedicated to serving the nutritional, lifestyle and wellness needs of individuals and families. As an author, educator, and mother with a passion for studying and researching food and nutrition information, Sheryl works directly with clients, but also teaches workshops aimed at improving the nutritional status and overall health of participants. She is a past board member of Healthy Traditions Network, the Local Chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation and is now serving on their advisory board. Sheryl is married to her wonderful husband Bob and has two beautiful children Grace (eleven-years-old) and Nick (seven-years-old); the inspiration for her interest in health and nutrition, and her desire to eat properly and raise a healthy family. "From my experience as a nutritionist and as a wife and mother desiring a healthy family," Sheryl says. "I recognize the importance of carefully selecting the type of food we eat, knowing where our food comes from, and buying foods in their most natural state from local farmers whenever possible."
